The Australian Taxation Office

ARAPS has held long term (5-12 years) service agreements to manage and maintain building services at ATO purpose built sites at Penrith in NSW, Box Hill and Cheltenham in Victoria, Northbridge in Western Australia and Mt. Gravatt in Queensland.

In addition to managing the technical property services at these locations, ARAPS maintains the central computer location for the ATO in Canberra.

National Library of Australia

Highly visible as a national icon, and situated in the Parliamentary triangle of Canberra, ARAPS was awarded the initial contract for the National Library and has been responsible for the maintenance of all electrical works, compactus and air conditioning at this facility since 1994.

ARAPS has two technicians permanently onsite at the National Library. This enables ARAPS to quickly source and diagnose faults and successfully resolve maintenance issues.

Austgrowth

ARAPS currently maintains several Austgrowth sites within NSW, providing a wide range of facility management services to Austgrowth’s buildings and assets.

ARAPS provides annual auditing and budgeting of all Austgrowth facilities, assisting Austgrowth in reducing operational costs, projecting outlays for buildings and assets and increasing returns to Austgrowth investors.

Verizon Business

The Verizon portfolio consists of 7 sites throughout Australia. ARAPS provides maintenance of Data Room HVAC systems with 24-7 Helpdesk service.

Verizon is an international communications company that has facilities located in most Australian capital cities. ARAPS maintains the environments in these critical installations and provides the services required to keep Verizon operational.
